LV Premier Chiado Apartments – CH4 is a luminous apartment with 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 triples), all with single beds (king size on request). The apartment has our LV Premier signature bed, with brand new mattresses, soft comforters and of course crispy linen.
The living room is very spacious and features high ceilings, a dinning table for 10, as well as the seating area with comfortable sofas and a large TV.
The apartment is equipped with an independent kitchen, equipped with all basics and extra equipment should you decide to have a home made meal. In addition to customary appliances- e.g. fridge, microwave, oven, you will also find a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Pots and pans as well as cutlery and china are of course available.
Both bathrooms have been recently remodeled. The social bathroom has a shower enclosure and the suite bathroom has a bathtub and shower head. Supple soft bath towels and toiletries for your first day are of course provided free of charge as well as a hair dryer. The apartment features AC and heating.

Chiado is the most sought after area of Lisbon. Located between Bairro Alto and Baixa, it is the neighborhood of choice for many restaurants, cafes and high-end shops and a favorite for both visitors and “Lisboetas”. There is small mall across the street with additional eating options as well as a number of shoe, apparel, sports and other stores. Lisbon’s old city attractions are all easily reachable – make sure you visit imposing Praça do Comércio and Rossio, as well as the traditional neighborhoods of Alfama, Graça and Bairro Alto. Parque das Nações and Oceanário are a short metro ride away. Chiado is a major hub (with 3 metro stations with 5 min walk from the apartment, buses, taxis etc). You can reach the romantic historic village of Sintra in 40-45 min and the beaches of Estoril in less than 35 minutes, using the nearby railway stations of Rossio and Cais do Sodré.
