THE APARTMENT

The LV Premier Baixa Apartments – PR1 apartment is perfect for those wanting to be in the Historic area of town, close to all attractions, yet search modern and fully equipped apartments. Our balcony is perfect to enjoy the end of the afternoon breezes and take in some of the city life. The decoration is practical and functional. You cannot beat the location – everything is at your doorstep. The elevator makes it perfect after a hard day of sight seeing.

The LV Premier Baixa – PR1 vacation apartment features two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other can be prepared as 2 singles or one king size bed), a comfortable living room with dining area, a separate kitchen and a new bathroom. Windows facing the street have double-glazing for additional comfort.  As all of our properties, it features our trademark LV Premier bed, with crispy linen and inviting comforters that will guarantee a perfect night sleep. Bath towels – luxurious soft cotton, and toiletries for your first day are included.

The apartment has AC, central heating and a fully equipped kitchen.

The Area:

The district of Baixa, frequently referred as Baixa Chiado is the geographic center of Lisbon. Badly damaged in the mid 1700s, it has been rebuilt with a majestic square (Comércio) opening the city to the river, and a grid pattern. Baixa is the home of many restaurants, shops, some supermarkets and all key necessities. It also features great transportation links (3 metro stations with 5 min walk from the apartment, lots of buses, taxis etc). Explore all nearby attractions on foot- Praça da Figueira, Comércio and Rossio, Chiado quarter, and the old neighborhoods of Bairro Alto and Alfama Bairro Alto.
