Located in the heart of Chiado, the top shopping area with a wide choice of upscale restaurants, pastelarias, cafes, shops and a lot more. Therefore, you could not ask for a more central location. The apartment has been completely renovated, featuring Air Conditioning and double-glazing windows. LV Premier Chiado Apartments are often referred to as the gem of Chiado. Chiado is the most popular neighborhood in Lisbon. Rua do Carmo was ravaged by a large fire in the end of last century. This resulted in the street being fully rebuilt, respecting traditional facades, yet with fully modern interiors. It is now the premium city enter shopping and restaurant neighborhood. We are also minutes away from Bairro Alto, where you can find lots of bars, restaurants and independent stores. Our building was designed by award wining Portuguese architect Siza Vieira. Chiado features great transportation links (3 metro stations with 5 min walk from the apartment, lots of buses, taxis etc). Most of the attractions are reachable on foot- Praça da Figueira, Comércio and Rossio, and the traditional neighborhoods of Bairro Alto and Alfama.
