The Apartment
The LV Premier Baixa DO1 apartment is a spacious and bright apartment, featuring large windows throughout.
It features two living areas- the traditional living room with sofa and TV, and a large open floor kitchen and dining area room.
It has 3 double bedrooms- two with east exposures and one quieter, west facing in the back. The vacation rental features our signature LV Premier beds, inviting soft comforters, crispy linen and brand new mattresses. There are 2 full bathrooms (both with shower enclosures). LV Premier Apartments provides fluffy bath towels, toiletries for your first day and of course a hair dryer.
The kitchen has an is fully equipped, with oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. Pots and pans, dishes and drinking glasses are of course provided. There is also an island counter. The kitchen is open space, and is adjacent to the dinning area.
The building dates from mid 1950s and features a traditional facade. The popular nº 28 tram stop around the corner in in Rua da Conceição and is a popular way to discover the historic neighborhoods of the city. There are many restaurants and grocery stores as well as clothing and other stores are right outside of the building. The district of Baixa, frequently referred as Baixa Chiado is the real center of Lisbon. Following the earthquake of the mid 1700s, it has been rebuilt with a grid pattern and large squares/plazas opening the city to the river. Baixa has many restaurants, shops, a few supermarkets and all key necessities. With a major transportation hub (3 metro stations with 5 min walk from the apartment, lots of buses, taxis etc) you will be able to quickly move around town. Most attractions can be reached on foot – Praça do Comércio, Figueira and Rossio, the hip Chiado quarter, and the old neighborhoods of Bairro Alto and Alfama Bairro Alto.
Parque das Nacoes and Oceanario are a short metro ride away. Take the train to the beaches of Estoril in less than 35 minutes, or go to the romantic Sintra village in 40-45 min using the convenient nearby railway stations of Rossio and Cais do Sodré.
