THE APARTMENT

LV Premier Chiado Apartments CH8 is a two-bedroom apartment (one with a king size bed and the other with 2 singles or 1 King size bed). This delightful vacation rental apartment features our very own LV Premier signature beds with comfortable new mattresses, crispy linen and soft comforters.

The living area has high ceilings, spacious seating area, comfortable dining area, large TV and large windows.   You will find a fully equipped kitchen including all major and small appliances such as – dishwasher, oven, microwave and more.  There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom features sandstone interiors, and a shower enclosure. We provide plush bath towels, toiletries for your first day and of course a hair dryer.

The property is fully cleaned and sanitized before check in.

Our Chiado building, located in Rua do Carmo, was built following the fire at the turn of the century that devastated the city block, with a award winning design by respected Portuguese architect Siza Vieira.  Traditional Portuguese facade in the front, modernistic back, and a fully modern interior makes this rare combination of tradition and modernism in the city center.

The Area:

Chiado is a city quarter located between historic neighborhoods of Baixa and Bairro Alto. It is the location of choice for many high-end retail shops and restaurants, cafes and more. It is one of the most popular areas of the city and has a number of attractions at your doorstep. Further this area with Baixa is a transportation hub with many buses, 3 metro stations, taxis, pedicabs, railway stations and river crossing transportation. You can discover most of Lisbon’s attractions on foot- for instance check monumental Praça do Comércio and Rossio, and the traditional neighborhoods of Bairro Alto and Alfama. A short tram ride will bring you to the Belém monument and museum area, whereas a quick metro trip will enable you to explore the modern city with Parque das Nações and Oceanário. Visit the beaches of Estoril in less than 35 minutes, or go to the Sintra village in 40-45 min using the convenient nearby railway stations of Rossio and Cais do Sodré.
