The Villa

LV Premier Meco/Albufeira Villas – LA2 is a spacious 4 bedroom/ 4.5 bathroom villa built in 2021, very spacious and modern. Located approx. 45 min away from Lisbon, in the seaside village of Lagoa de Albufeira, it is surrounded by beautiful beaches and pinewood forests. A beautiful pool and gardens surround this villa. Fully equipped to a high standard, with AC and Heating, BBQ, fireplace and much more. This villa is a perfect destination for families and groups of friends. The vacation rental is a great option to discover the Arrábida coast, including the seaside town of Sesimbra, the unspoiled beaches in the natural park (e.x. Portinho da Arrabida and Galapinhos), head on to a wine tasting in Azeitão and so much more-  while enjoying maximum comfort.

The LV Premier Meco/Albufeira – LA2 vacation rental features a very large living area with spacious kitchenette in one end, the dining area in the middle and the sitting/TV area at the other end, next to the fireplace. You will notice the very high ceiling in the living room continuing to the first floor thanks to the open plan design between floors.  Large windows bring a lot of light into the living room, without impacting privacy as the property has a living fence with varied shrubs. There are 1 en-suite bedroom with a private bathroom, plus one bedroom and a bathroom.

A set of modern stairs bring you to the upper floor where you will find a reading/ game area, a south facing terrace with sea views and a couple of loungers, plus a social bathroom.  There are 2 en-suite bedrooms, all double, each with a private bathroom in the upper floor.  All 4 bedrooms are spacious and very luminous and are equipped with AC/ heating. There are then 4 bathrooms with shower enclosures, plus a social bathroom on the upper floor. A baby cot/ portable crib is available if requested. Our properties feature the luxurious LV Premier signature beds – inviting crisp linen/bed sheets, hypoallergenic duvet/comforters, and new mattresses. We also provide fluffy cotton bath and beach towels – sure to make you feel relaxed and invigorate your vacation.

Enjoy free WIFI, cable TV and stream your favorite content on our smart TV. The open plan kitchen is functional , and fully equipped – with pots and pans, cutlery and china for 8 people. You will find an induction stovetop, blender, coffee maker, oven, kettle etc. available in this Villa, plus a center high table perfect for a lazy coffee. The unit also has a large outdoor eating area near the BBQ overlooking the pool and garden. It also has a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, BBQ, etc.

The LV Premier LA2 holiday rental has Heating and AC for your comfort. We have 4 bicycles for guest use, as well as a stand-up paddle (SUP), and kayak for responsible enjoyment. A variety of board games, as well as a children’s ping-pong table, darts are sure to keep everyone entertained.
