THE APARTMENT

The LV Premier Clérigos RE2 apartment sleeps a maximum of 17 people, distributed between the 5 bedrooms (three triples, two doubles) and folding beds. All bedrooms can be offered with single or king size beds.   The apartment has AC throughout and it is bright facing south. Great amenities, the signature LV Premier beds with hypoallergenic luxury microfiber duvets, Egyptian cotton bedding and soft luxurious bath towels, will contribute for your comfort.  We also offer a complimentary basics pack including some toiletries (with shower gel/ soap, etc.), a breakfast pack (coffee/ tea/ sugar); spices and condiments and some cleaning essentials.  Extras, such as beach towels, beach umbrellas and local cellphones are available for a small fee during your stay.

There are 3 full bathrooms in the property (one with a bath tub and shower, the others with a shower enclosure).  The kitchen is fully equipped – from superior quality plates and dishes, to pots and pans, small appliances such as coffee makes, food processor etc, you will find everything you need should you choose to cook.  The building has an elevator.   There are a number of supermarkets and grocery stores nearby.

The Area:

LV Premier Clérigos Apartments RE2 is located in the city center – in Massarelos, right by Clérigos and Aliados Avenue. Close proximity of key historic sights in Porto will enable you to discover the city on foot – Clérigos tower 4min; Galerias de Paris 5min; Aliados Av. – 7 min; Theater district 8-10 min, Ribeira – 10 min, Gaia and the Porto wine caves crossing the bridge a leisurely 15-20 min walk. The nearest Metro station is about 10 minutes away (São Bento and Aliados). There is on street parking, and underground garages in the main square by the Hospital of Santo António and Clérigos. Try jogging by the river Douro margin simply by heading right as you exit the building.
