Our vacation rental has 3 Bedrooms (with 1 King size bed or two twins). The upper level bedroom is en-suite, while one of the main level bedrooms has a private balcony. The apartment has Air conditioned and heating, kitchenette, a large living room with great views. It is located near all independent stores and restaurants in hip Príncipe Real district, and minutes away from Bairro Alto, Chiado and Avenida da Liberdade areas.
LV Premier PReal Apartments PI2 has a main level with 2 bedrooms, a living room and main bathroom, while the upper has the ensuite bedroom with access to the terrace. All bedrooms feature our signature LV Premier beds, crispy linen, soft duvets and new mattresses. The living room is modern with a sofa bed, large TV and windows facing west with premium views. The main bathroom has a bathtub, while the en-suite bath has a shower enclosure. We provide plush bath towels, toiletries for your first day, and equip bathrooms with hairdryer and first aid kit. The kitchen is fully equipped. The terrace is a premium feature of the apartment and has patio furniture, a few plants and allows you to enjoy a meal overlooking the river and city. The apartment is on the third floor, without elevator, but easy to manage stairs.

Principe Real is an artsy district located between Chiado/Bairro Alto and Marquês de Pombal/Avenida da Liberdade. You will find many stores, restaurants, interesting antique stores and design shops, an organic produce market on Saturdays. Key attractions nearby are the Science Museum, the botanical garden, the Parliament Square and Amália Rodrigues museum celebrating the great Fado singer. You will also be close to a number of bars and clubs catering to gay and straight audiences. Less than10 minutes walk, you will find the Bairro Alto, the epicenter of the nightlife in Lisbon. The Jardim do Príncipe Real, Jardim das Amoreiras, Praça das Flores and Praça da Alegria are all within easy reach.
