LV Premier Gaia GA1 is a five-bedroom apartment with three bathrooms. It features a large terrace with a BBQ and great views. All bedroom are double- upper floor with a large suite, and 2 normal sized bedrooms plus a bathroom, the mid level with the living room, separate dining room, a large kitchen, and a bathroom and the lower lever with 2 additional bedrooms, one of which with a faux fireplace and access to the yard. The beds are the LV Premier signature beds with comfortable new mattresses, crispy linen and soft comforters.
The living area is the composed by the living room facing the front, with a large TV and comfortable sofas, the dining area with a large table and the fully equipped kitchen leading to a service space with a bathroom and corridor to the terrace. We provide soft bath towels, toiletries for your first day and of course a hair dryer. Bedrooms and living/ dining room have heating and AC units.
The building is from the 50s but has undergone a number of changes, including adding central heating and AC. A two minute walk will bring you to busy center of Avenida da Republica, right by Gaia City Council, with shops, banks, bars, restaurants and the station leading to the efficient metro service to the center of Porto (3 stops to Sao Bento Station). The Porto Wine caves are within walking distance- approx 15 min downhill as is the Gaia river front with many restaurants and where the boats going upriver start.

Vila Nova de Gaia is a city belonging to district of Porto and is the center of a diverse region. It is the most populous municipality of the north of Portugal and was inhabited by the Celts and Romans, under the name of “Cale” with a deep harbor which led in the name for the north bank settlement of Porto, made rich by the Douro trade. The area was know with the double name of Portus Cale which also, in time, became condado Portucalense and Portugal. Following the Moorish period the area was renamed New Cale or Vila Nova de Gaia. Now a days it is sought after part of the district of Porto, with important wineries, industry and well visited seaside communities. Ponte Dom Luis has a pedestrian connection between the two cities and makes a pleasurable walk offering great views.
