 The Las Vegas Premier Soccer Club has been formed for one purpose – to develop the individual talent and character of each young soccer player to his/her fullest potential. In doing this, we will create the best soccer teams in the Las Vegas area. We constantly review our achievements as well as our failures. We review the quality of our organization and our coaches. We make any changes necessary to benefit the youth of our Club We seek partnerships, so as to keep the player’s cost to a minimum. We offer financial aid to any child that can play at this level, but is unable to afford the cost. We develop a close relationship with parents, coaches, and players. We abide by our Code of Conduct, to create the proper environment for our youth. We demand uniformity among our teams in high caliber of play, and more importantly, in fair-play and good sportsmanship. We constantly educate our coaches to raise their level of expertise, and therefore the level of their players. We promote our club (especially high school juniors and seniors) to college programs throughout the country. We provide our players with the exposure to play at the college and professional level, by creating the opportunity to be seen and known by coaches at these levels. We provide a college scholarship program for those seniors in financial need. We hold the Premier Invitational Soccer Tournament to help raise money for our Club, and to bring high quality competition to Las Vegas. We compete at other club tournaments to help raise the level of our play. We will bring Nevada National Championship teams, comprised of players with great talent and good character. This is the overall mission of the Las Vegas Premier Soccer Club. |
